Why Work With Me

Meghan first traveled to St. John 15 years ago, and during that visit, she dreamed of making St. John her permanent home. Since that time, Meghan began a tradition of vacationing annually to the island, and also graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry. She landed a job as a Chemist at a Department of Energy nuclear site, but her dream was not complete.

During a vacation to St. John 5 years ago, she agreed to go on a charter sportfishing trip. Aside from the blackfin tuna and barracuda that she reeled in, Meghan also “caught” the Captain! After their marriage, she and Captain Fowler eagerly made St. John their permanent home in 2010. Their son, Jeremy, attends pre-school at The Gifft Hill School and they enjoy the many benefits of raising him on the island.

While living on St. John, Meghan has enjoyed a successful career in vacation ownership at Grande Bay Residence Club, which sparked her desire to advance into the real estate field. By becoming a Realtor® with ReMax in 2013 and now expanding her career, she feels that she is able to enhance her customers’ lives and help them realize their dreams of home ownership in paradise.

Meghan is well praised by her customers and clients, not only during the buying/selling process but also afterwards. She is often regarded as “genuine”, “easy to talk to”, “follows through”, and “always delivers her very best effort”. Meghan is excited to be a part of the oldest real estate firm on the island, Holiday Homes of St. John!
