Real Estate Market Update 

2021 proved to be a record-breaking year for the St. John real estate market and Holiday Homes! Not only​ ​did we finish #1 in sales volume for the 3rd consecutive year, but our total sales surpassed previous years’​ ​records at both a company level and the larger St. John market as a whole. Holiday Homes finished out the​ ​​year strong with yet anotherrecord-breaker: the highest sold listing on the South Shore of St. John, a stunning​ ​$7.9 million home in Chocolate Hole sold in just 6 months. This past year also saw the sale of 117 residentia​l ​homes, a dramatic increase from 51 sold in 2020, signaling high demand in the​ ​market a​​nd an excellent time to consider selling and upgrading to a new island​ ​​oasis in th e coming year.

Market Trends 

St.​ ​John MLS saw sales of $503 million in 2021, setting a new record. Holiday​ ​Homes of St.​ ​John was the leader with $137 million in sales resulting in 27% of​ ​the Market Share.
