Noah Ramos

Noah grew up splitting his time equally between St. John and Vermont. As a result, the
Caribbean Sea quickly became an unshakeable part of his DNA. Through a unique education
that combined both homeschooling and time at schools on both St. John and St. Thomas, he
was able to enjoy everything the “island life” had to offer during his childhood. An outdoor
enthusiast, he became captivated by St. John’s raw beauty, National Park, hiking trails, and
ocean ecosystems.

Noah graduated with a B.S. in Business and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Cum Laude,
in 2021. Upon graduation, Noah decided to permanently settle on St. John embraces the
simplicity of the island lifestyle and enjoys “backyard” access to the ocean to pursue his water-
based passions. He is an avid offshore fisherman, fly fisherman, free diver, spearfisherman, and
trail runner. Noah holds a U.S. Coast Guard Captain license and spends his free time exploring
the waters surrounding St. John.

Noah offers a unique blend of island knowledge and business acumen that equips his clients
with the necessary tools to navigate buying and selling on St. John. Aside from his real estate
career, Noah is a financial analyst for a contrarian investment research organization. His
investment background and real estate market knowledge provide his clients a with unique
perspective. Noah truly enjoys playing a part in helping his clients fulfill their dreams of island
living.
