Pond Bay is a 15 acre development located approximately 5 minutes from Cruz Bay on the Southside of St. John. The property was originally approved for a total of 50 units. Currently there are 26 partially completed units with the a slab to build 4 more. The Clubhouse and Pool have not been started. Phase two, which was set to include a spa and an additional 20 units; these units have not yet started construction.
